Neck Tie Shoe clips
I saw these tie shoe clips from Craft Snob (featured over at Be Different, Act Normal) and fell in love with them. How fun and original! It made me think of so many different ways to dress up some plain looking shoes! Glitter Shoes
Clumsy Crafter has a great way to transform shoes. Decoupage glitter on them. This would be fabulous for casual shoes or my daughter's church shoes that have scuff marks all over them! (Or for Wizard of Oz costumes.).
