Vintage Window With Planter Box

I love this idea of attaching or building a planter box to an old window! Shanty Girl filled the planter blox with mason jars, flowers and lavendar. Super cute. While there is not a tutorial for building a planter box because she bought the window that way, I don't think it would be too difficult!

Mirrored Windows!

Want to brighten up and enlarge a room by adding windows where you don't currently have them? You've got to check out this idea from Chic and Lovely. She purchased some mirrored windows (you can make your own if you don't want to buy them too) and created "windows" where she wished she had them.

Chalkboard Window Wall

It's rare that I see a whole wall of chalkboard around blogland, but I'm loving what Inspired By Charm did with this chalkboard wall. Windows were drawn all over it and little touches of color were added. What an easy and inexpensive ways to add windows to a wall and a room:)

Framing A Window

House of Smiths is at that "home improvement" thing again. This time, they are framing their windows. My mom's handyman just framed some of her basement windows and it looks SO GOOD!!! Makes it look much more classy and expensive!!! Will this be a New Year's Resolution for you?
